On January 3, the grand commendation ceremony for the advanced collectives of the production-boosting and challenge-accepting campaign was held at Guangxiang Pharmaceutical, a subsidiary of Shijiazhuang Fourth Pharmaceutical Group.
With vigorous energy and unwavering determination, we embark on a new journey and forge ahead with steadfast commitment and tireless effort. On January 3, as the sun rose in the east, its brilliant rays bathed the Bohai New Area in the glow of the new year. Sixty-eight outstanding representatives from various production workshops and functional departments of Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shijiazhuang Fourth Pharmaceutical Group, beamed with pride and New Year’s joy. To the lively and festive melody of “Bu Bu Gao,” they gathered together—with Qu Jiguang, Chairman of the Group’s Board of Directors; Wu Hengyao, President of the Group; Shi Jianhui, Secretary of the Group’s Party Committee; and Song Mingxia, Chairwoman of the Trade Union—each brimming with enthusiasm to attend the “Recognition Ceremony for Advanced Teams in Guangxiang Pharmaceutical’s Production Boosting Campaign” of Shijiazhuang Fourth Pharmaceutical Group.
In the recently concluded year of 2021, the entire Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Group—employees at all levels—from top to bottom—united as one and pooled their efforts. Overcoming numerous challenges, our staff worked tirelessly day and night for three consecutive months, achieving significant improvements in three key indicators for our primary active pharmaceutical ingredient: caffeine yield, product quality, and daily production output. This remarkable achievement fully demonstrated the sense of responsibility and commitment of Guangxiang’s employees. While helping the company gain a stronger foothold in the market, it also earned widespread recognition and trust from our valued customers. To commend outstanding units and set exemplary models, and to fully implement the Group’s and Guangxiang Pharmaceutical’s 2022 goals and tasks, and to take production enhancement efforts to a new level, the Group has decided to honor and reward 18 advanced workshops and departments, including Workshop 601, Workshop 602, Workshop 603, the Environmental Protection Workshop, and the Power Workshop.
“The leadership team has set a commendable direction, and our team’s hard work has brought about brilliant achievements,” said Wang Caiyan, representative of the Environmental Protection Workshop, in her statement. Representatives from Workshops 601, 602, and 603—Teng Liqiang, Wu Zhanying, and Li Shuai, respectively—also spoke, pledging to keep up the good work and strive even harder to make new contributions to the company’s development.
In his speech, Cui Yongbin, Chairman of Guangxiang Pharmaceutical, stated that the company will continue to summarize its experiences from the tough battle campaign, seize the excellent development opportunities, and face new challenges with full enthusiasm and high fighting spirit.
“Strong Guangxiang means a strong group.” The recently concluded 2022 strategic goal release conference of Shijiazhuang Siyao Group has entrusted Guangxiang Pharmaceutical with even more challenging development tasks—each target carries tremendous weight. In his concluding remarks at the commendation ceremony, Qu Jiguang, Chairman of the Group’s Board of Directors, expressed high expectations for Guangxiang Pharmaceutical.
Chairman Qu Jiguang called for two key priorities: First, we must seize development and market opportunities, maintain relentless dedication and unwavering commitment, and forge ahead with unrelenting vigor. With the spirit of striving for excellence in everything we do and always aiming to win when faced with any challenge, we must remain fully focused and never let up for a moment, firmly keeping all tasks under our control and making every effort to drive Guangxiang Pharmaceutical to achieve new and greater breakthroughs. Second, we must vigorously promote the spirit of model workers, the spirit of labor, and the spirit of craftsmanship, and strive to build a highly qualified workforce. We must fully recognize the importance and urgency of talent development. We should closely monitor cutting-edge knowledge and technological advancements in our industry and related sectors, continuously broadening our technical horizons and enhancing our skill levels. We need to refine our talent incentive policies to encourage more employees—especially young people—to pursue career paths that lead to skill-based success, truly cultivating a workforce that is idealistic and steadfast in its beliefs, technically proficient and innovative, and courageous in taking responsibility and making selfless contributions.
The commendation conference sparked a strong response at Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Group. Employees expressed their determination to carry forward the spirit of "the more difficult the challenge, the more we press forward," continuing to fight relentlessly, keeping pace with the times, and bravely embracing the glorious mission of driving the company’s innovative development.
