On November 21, Li Huafeng, a member of the Standing Committee of the Cangzhou Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of the Bohai New Area, visited Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group to conduct a research visit on the “Ten Questions, Seven Searches, and One Lecture” initiative.

At Guangxiang Pharmaceutical, Li Huafeng carefully inquired of enterprise leaders—including Wu Hengyao, President of Shijiazhuang No.4 Pharmaceutical Group, and Cui Yongbin, Chairman of Guangxiang Pharmaceutical—about the company’s product production, operational status, market conditions, industry standing, technological advantages, development plans, whether the company is slated for upgrade to a larger-scale enterprise, industrial supporting facilities, import-export activities, and pressing issues that need to be addressed. He made arrangements and deployments centered on identifying problem areas and demands, pinpointing enterprises poised for scale-up, locating import-export companies, finding “specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative” enterprises, identifying “bottleneck” technologies, discovering technology upgrade projects, and identifying companies preparing for IPOs. He also explained and promoted relevant supporting policies at the provincial and municipal levels. Li Huafeng praised Guangxiang Pharmaceutical’s remarkable achievements in promoting clean and environmentally friendly production as well as in developing both domestic and international markets.

Li Huafeng emphasized that all levels, departments, and the business community must thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee. While accelerating the launch of new projects, they should make every effort to ensure safe production and environmental protection. They must strictly enforce information-based monitoring and management, conduct comprehensive self-inspections, and promptly rectify any problems identified. It is essential to strengthen environmental protection capabilities, expand the environmental protection workforce, earnestly listen to expert advice, actively benchmark against advanced practices, and strive to contribute to the environmental quality and safety for the Winter Olympics as well as to the high-quality, leapfrog development of the Bohai New Area.
