Recently, Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Hebei Guolong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., subsidiaries of Shijiazhuang Fourth Pharmaceutical Group, were both included in the sixth batch of provincial-level “Specialized, Fine, Distinctive, and Innovative” SMEs list.
It is reported that “specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative” small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are SMEs that possess four key strengths: specialization, refinement, distinctiveness, and innovation. They serve as a vital driving force behind economic and social development. Since launching the cultivation and certification program for “specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative” SMEs in 2016, Hebei Province established a database for nurturing such enterprises in 2018 and initiated the selection of demonstration enterprises under the “specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative” initiative in 2019, thereby creating a tiered cultivation system characterized by “entry into the database for nurturing, selective certification, demonstration enterprise selection, and the development of ‘little giants.’”
