Recently, the Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology announced the ninth list of “Innovative Talents for Technology-Based SMEs.” Among those named are four employees from Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group: Cui Yongbin, Cui Xinhua, Zhang Weijin, and Ma Hui.

It is reported that the “Innovative Talent Program for Science and Technology SMEs” is an important component of the “Double Hundred, Double Thousand” Talent Initiative launched by the Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology in 2015. This initiative is a powerful measure adopted by the provincial department to implement the “Implementation Opinions of the Hebei Provincial Party Committee and the Hebei Provincial People’s Government on Deepening Reform of the Talent Development System and Mechanism,” encouraging enterprises to attract high-caliber scientific and technological innovation talent and thereby promoting the rapid growth of science-and-technology-based SMEs.
