He emphasized the need to thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important remarks on the development of the marine economy, earnestly carry out the decisions and deployments of the provincial Party committee and provincial government, comprehensively enhance our capacity for marine-oriented development, and drive innovative, green, and high-quality development, thereby building the coastal economic belt into a growth pole.
Cui Yongbin, Chairman of Guangxiang Pharmaceutical, Shijiazhuang Fourth Pharmaceutical Group, reported to Hu Qisheng and his delegation on the company’s production and operations, R&D innovation, and project construction. Hu Qisheng expressed his appreciation for Guangxiang Pharmaceutical’s development and urged the company to continue maintaining its strong growth momentum, seize opportunities, tap into its full potential, strengthen its innovation capabilities, and accelerate the industrialization of its distinctive new products. He called on the company to adopt a higher-level perspective, exert greater efforts, and implement more concrete measures to grow bigger, stronger, and better, thereby injecting even greater impetus into the province’s high-quality development.
During his research visit, Hu Qisheng pointed out that the coastal economic belt is a vital engine for our province’s economic development and holds a special strategic position in the overall provincial context. We must strengthen coastal thinking, foster innovative concepts, and enhance our sense of openness, thereby establishing a new development paradigm characterized by integrated land-and-sea planning, coordinated port-industry linkages, and the seamless integration of ports, industries, and urban areas. We should promote coordinated development between ports and industries, accelerate the integration and optimization of port resources, expand and strengthen port-related industries and specialized marine industries, and build modern port-based industrial hubs. We need to deepen the implementation of the “Four Batches,” speed up the intensive and clustered development of industries, elevate the development level of industrial parks, and accelerate the organic integration of ports, industries, and cities. We must strengthen open cooperation, make good use of capital markets, expedite the alignment between innovation chains and industrial chains, and give the coastal economy a technological and financial “wing” to take off. We must adhere to the philosophy that “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets,” make proactive moves, fight proactively, accelerate the green transformation of production and lifestyles, and build a low-carbon, circular industrial system.
