On February 12—the first day of the Lunar New Year—Li Huafeng, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of the Cangzhou Bohai New Area, as well as Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of the Cangzhou Port-Industrial and Economic Development Zone, visited and extended greetings to frontline workers at key enterprises—including Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. of Shisi Pharmaceutical Group—who continued production during the Spring Festival, bringing them care and warmth.

Li Huafeng extended New Year greetings to the employees who remained on duty at their posts and celebrated the Spring Festival locally. He also had a thorough discussion with Han Shuqin, Chairwoman of Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. under Shisi Pharmaceutical Group, to learn in detail about the company’s production and operational status as well as its holiday work arrangements.
Li Huafeng said that it is essential to effectively carry out epidemic prevention and control as well as safe production work. We should actively respond to the initiative of celebrating the Spring Festival where we are, implement precise prevention and control measures and conduct thorough health monitoring to build an impenetrable defense at the grassroots level. During the Spring Festival period, we must intensify safety inspections for production, strengthen checks on safe and standardized operations in workshops and work teams, maintain strict vigilance, and firmly prevent any safety accidents from occurring.
Li Huafeng urged the company’s leaders to make proper arrangements for the work and daily life of frontline employees and staff during the Spring Festival, doing their utmost to provide a good environment and favorable conditions so that those who stay at their posts or celebrate the New Year locally can feel the warmth of “home” and enjoy a joyful festive atmosphere at their workplaces.
